About the job
Your Tasks
- In the two-year part-time postgraduate diploma program to become a Certified Expert in Intensive Care NDS HF with a focus on Pediatrics/Neonatology, you care for complexly ill infants and premature babies from the 23rd week of gestation.
- You participate in internal and external pickup transports with the ambulance as well as in REGA transports domestically and abroad.
- You appreciate the challenge of dealing with complex and rapidly changing situations and master them with professional skill.
- Teaching and coaching are provided by vocational training and support by specialists. As a student, you are assigned to neonatology at KSA AG in the first and fourth semesters and to the intensive care unit at the University Children’s Hospital Zurich in the second and third semesters.
- The theoretical education is provided by the educational provider Z-INA (Higher Technical School for Intensive, Emergency, and Anesthesia Care in Zurich)
Your Profile
- You are a certified nursing professional HF/FH or have a foreign diploma in nursing recognized by the SBFI and at least 6 months of professional experience in acute care.
- You are a committed, open-minded personality and find changing situations and interdisciplinary collaboration an interesting challenge.
- You possess C1 language proficiency.
