As a Specialized Sales Consultant, you promote & sell strategic solutions (Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Sustainability) to potential customers. Together with specialized consultants, you maximize business & technical impact to quickly achieve tangible successes.
Sales and Business Development
- 80% of your time is focused on acquiring new customers: finding, developing & closing new business opportunities
- Building & maintaining a network to generate qualified leads in the Swiss market
- Collaboration with specialized consultants to:
o Combine business & technical skills & secure deals
o Target industries with high growth potential
- Collaboration with the CTO & CSO to achieve company goals
Promotion of strategic initiatives
- Cybersecurity: Cloud security, identity management, penetration testing, governance
- Data & AI: Analytics & AI solutions for digitalizing companies
- Sustainability: Technologies to reduce the ecological footprint
Engagement & Networking
- Active participation in professional networks
- Representation of SPIE ICS to expand the sales pipeline & increase awareness
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Ensuring solutions meet specific customer needs
- Aligning sales activities with strategic opportunities identified by the CTO
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in:
- Cybersecurity: Cloud security, network management
- Data & AI: Data analysis, machine learning
- Sustainability: Green IT and ESG consulting
- Successful experience in B2B business with a strong track record
- Knowledge of the Swiss market and a good network
- Languages: German (native) and English (fluent)
- Work location: Wallisellen or Bern
