Open Training Position at the Regional Retirement Home Entlebuch from January 2026 as a Registered Nurse HF

About the job

Do you already have an EFZ diploma as a FaGe, or do you have another recognized qualification? Are you interested in the care process of a long-term institution? We have a training position available.

Your main tasks:

• You care for and support people in more complex care situations
• You work independently, contribute your ideas, and look for solutions
• You increasingly take responsibility in the care process
• You work interdisciplinarily as well as with other external services, and take on professional and leadership responsibilities
• In addition, you perform medical-technical tasks such as preparing medication, changing dressings, taking blood samples, etc.

Your skills:

• You are interested in accompanying, caring for, and supporting elderly people
• You are responsible, a team player, and resilient
• You have empathy and patience, and approach social, psychological, and medical issues with commitment
• You are spontaneous, reliable, and flexible
