Tasks
- Set up and stock the tapas buffet for lunch and dinner services.
- Prepare (Mise en Place) for the restaurant and tapas bar efficiently.
- Make drinks and advise guests at the tapas bar with ease.
Skills
- Experience in a similar position is required and you must be resilient.
- Motivated, flexible, and capable of working well in a team.
- Spanish language skills are a plus; German or English is advantageous.

Your responsibilities:
- Setting up and stocking the tapas buffet for lunch and dinner service
- Preparation (Mise en Place) for the restaurant and tapas bar
- Preparation of drinks and advising guests at the tapas bar
- General tidying and cleaning work in the cellar and at the buffet
- Support with work in and around the house
- Compliance with hygiene regulations
- Checking and correct shelving of deliveries based on delivery notes
