Your Challenge
- Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repair work on real estate and movable property according to orders and maintenance plans as well as taking on on-call duty
- Technical responsibility for the electrical area within the team
- Participation in projects (lighting optimization, etc.)
- Performing periodic measurements within the framework of MepV
- Care of outdoor areas (greening and surrounding work)
- Transport of people and materials in coordination with the involved departments
Our Desired Profile
- Training as an electrical installer EFZ
- Industrial electrician permit NIV. 13 is an advantage
- Professional experience in building technology
- Car driver’s license and possibly forklift and pallet truck permit (or willingness to obtain these)
- Independent, reliable and structured working method and flexible, solution-oriented action
- Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
