The Family Office is part of the Office for Education and Sports and operates school social work in Thun.
We are looking for a temporary position until December 31, 2026 at the primary level, starting immediately or by arrangement:
Your tasks:
- You ensure integrated school social work in one school and outpatient school social work in another school building
- Individual and group counseling, as well as class interventions
- Consultation with parents and other stakeholders
- Networking and triage
You bring with you:
- Degree in Social Work; preferably social work or social pedagogy
- Systemic working method and very good self-management
- Methodological competence for counseling and project work
- Very good organizational skills, high willingness to cooperate, and pronounced interdisciplinary thinking
- Professional experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Familiarity with the school work field and framework conditions
- High willingness for flexible work deployment (locations, work forms, increased workload during semesters with compensation possibility during non-teaching periods)
