An engaged and passionate team is looking for reinforcement for an exciting professional everyday life, in which the support, promotion and development of our apprentices and students are the focus. With us, you not only support our patients on their way to rehabilitation, but also competently, appreciatively and with pedagogical skill accompany apprentices and students through their training. You promote professional, methodological and social skills and actively shape a high-quality practical training. Care, responsibility, joy in guiding as well as a big heart for people are important prerequisites to optimally promote our apprentices and students and to provide the best possible care for our patients.
Your tasks
- Training: You take responsibility for the practical training and supervision of several apprentices and students in the department
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work independently in an interdisciplinary team and maintain close cooperation with trainers, nursing staff, nursing specialists, therapists as well as doctors
- Nursing: You are also actively involved in nursing (approx. 20%) and ensure goal- and needs-oriented, activating rehabilitation nursing
- Diversity:You take on varied and responsible tasks, are responsible for the training of nursing professions including quality assurance and are at the same time directly involved in the care of our patients
Your profile
- Education:You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or an equivalent qualification with SRK recognition
- Further education:You have completed the SVEB 1 vocational training course
- Experience:You bring at least one year of professional experience in nursing and ideally have experience as a day companion
- Personality:You are a communicative personality with high customer orientation, social skills and team spirit. Flexibility, independence as well as a competent and well-groomed appearance characterize you. In addition, you enjoy training and supporting adolescents and young adults
