For our production planning, we are looking for a Team Leader PPS/AVOR 100% (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Overall responsibility for cross-production planning, control, and monitoring (thermoforming, deep drawing, and extrusion)
Building, leading, and further developing the central PPS department including professional and disciplinary management of PPS/AVOR employees
Ensuring optimal capacity, scheduling, and material planning across the entire value chain
Planning and controlling production planning in SAP, as well as maintaining relevant key figures
Close collaboration with other departments such as purchasing, production, logistics, and sales to coordinate required resources and deadlines
Responsibility for rough and detailed planning considering economic aspects
Participation in the digitalization strategy (e.g., project management MES)
Continuous optimization of planning processes, interfaces, and master data maintenance in ERP

Your Profile

Technical basic training with further education in production planning, AVOR, supply chain management, or process management
Several years of experience in production planning in an industrial company
Very good ERP/MES knowledge; experience with SAP4HANA is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking, high IT affinity, and enjoyment of structured planning
Very good communication skills in German (English desired)
Joy and enthusiasm to lead, challenge, motivate, and support your team
