Your tasks

• Professional leadership and support of a production team
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Planning and coordinating daily production orders
• Monitoring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
• Participation in production (cutting, assembly, packaging)
• Optimization of processes and workflows
• Introduction and training of new employees
• Close cooperation with production management and production planning

Your profile

• Completed training in the wood sector
• Several years of professional experience in production, ideally in a leadership role
• Good organizational skills and structured working method
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented personality
