As the current employee of our Northwest Switzerland construction unit is retiring, we are looking for a successor from summer 2025 or by arrangement for a Federal Diploma Road Construction Foreman (m/f/d) 100%. The place of employment will be Aarau.

What you will do

Goal-oriented and project-appropriate preparation and execution of construction sites
Adherence to deadlines and quality requirements of the clients
Economic deployment planning of personnel, inventory, materials, and external services
Independent and responsible management of the construction site and construction site personnel
Electronic reporting
Contributing to occupational safety and implementing SUVA guidelines and occupational safety regulations

What you bring

Several years of experience as a foreman (m/f/d)
Experience in inner-city road construction or in building complex infrastructure projects
Independent, committed, and reliable working style
Cooperative attitude and enjoyment of teamwork
Hands-on mentality and high flexibility as well as ability to learn complete your profile
As a team player, you share your knowledge and enjoy working interdisciplinarily with other trades
You are able to act flexibly and quickly and deliver excellent performance under pressure
You live in the Egerkingen area and are willing to manage complex infrastructure construction sites in Northwest Switzerland
Driver's license category B and M1 training
