Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the medical, personnel, and economic management of the Clinic for Vascular Surgery
- Further development of the service portfolio in vascular surgery and angiology
- Active participation in interdisciplinary care pathways with cardiology and radiology, digital processes, and cross-location collaboration
- Ensuring high-quality, economically viable patient care
- Leadership, promotion, and development of a multiprofessional team with professional and human competence
- Responsibility for quality management, training and education, as well as patient satisfaction
Your Profile
- Specialist in vascular surgery with extensive surgical expertise and sound knowledge of endovascular techniques
- Several years of experience in a leadership position, ideally as chief physician
- High level of leadership strength, communication skills, and business understanding
- Enthusiasm for innovation and willingness to actively shape modern processes, digital tools, and interprofessional cooperation
