Key information about the position:

Reference: CLS/RH/2026.752 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 70% / Hours: spread from Monday to Friday, 5h33 per day in the morning or afternoon + possibility of teleworking 1 day per week / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne, the offices are located in the Valentin/Riponne area (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 1 or 2 "Valentin stop")

Why do we need you?

To strengthen our billing service, we are looking for a rigorous professional to ensure the control, entry, and billing of outpatient and hospital services, guaranteeing reliability and accuracy.

What will you be expected to do?

• Enter outpatient and hospitalized services of the Clinic
• Control and bill outpatient services
• Perform filing and preparation of hospitalization files
• Answer calls and emails from patients

Who will you work with?

What do we expect from you?

Essentials:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position in a hospital environment
• Good knowledge of Excel and ease with common IT tools
• Initiative, attention to detail and control
• Autonomous, conscientious and versatile

Your assets:

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a billing service in the health sector
• Knowledge of Opale Bluepearl
• Communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Knowledge of German and/or English
