Are you passionate about shaping cloud-first strategies and driving secure identity landscapes? Join us in designing, implementing and evolving Axpo’s Azure and Active Directory infrastructure with a strong focus on cloud-native transformation and user-centric integration.

What you will do:

• Design, operate, and evolve Azure Active Directory, EntraID, ADFS, and AD services in line with Axpo’s cloud strategy.


• Plan and implement identity and access systems, including network segmentation and integration.


• Contribute to the ICT/Enterprise Architecture and application portfolio planning.


• Ensure secure authentication, encryption, and system integrity practices.


• Document architectural frameworks and maintain technical blueprints.


• Support system evaluation, transformation, and meaningful cloud adoption initiatives.

What you bring & who you are:

• Degree in (business) information technology or equivalent education.


• Deep knowledge of Azure, AD, IAM standards (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID, LDAP).


• Microsoft certification (e.g. Azure Enterprise Admin, Security Admin Associate).


• Experience with tools like One Identity, SailPoint, or similar platforms is a plus.


• Analytical mindset, structured working style, and strong communication skills.


• Comfortable in agile, international teams and fluent in German and English.
