What you will do with us:

• You are responsible for the operational management of the shift and actively participate in daily business.
• You share responsibility for safety as well as an efficient and smooth production process.
• You act as an interface to other departments and ensure the transfer of relevant information to the shift and team management.

What you bring:

• You have technical understanding and ideally experience in an industrial or production environment.  
• Experience and affinity in handling PLC-based systems.
• You have a high sense of responsibility, work solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team – and perhaps already have some leadership experience.
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
