We are looking for experienced hospitality skilled workers from the fields of bakery & pastry/kitchen/hospitality for our team in the afternoon production starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your diverse tasks
- Alternating and independently managing the various positions in the bakery
- Independently producing our high-quality bakery products
- Ensuring qualitative, quantitative, and timely production
- Ongoing control and monitoring of profitability
- Adhering to and continuously improving our quality standards
- Supporting, accompanying, and promoting our employees in a protected environment during work execution
- Adhering to and implementing hygiene regulations
What you bring
- Experience as a baker/pastry chef (min. 2 years) or as a cook, career changers are also welcome
- Experience in gastronomy is desirable
- Quick comprehension and good professional knowledge
- You are an entrepreneurial thinker and a loyal person
- Flexibility, resilience, tolerance, and a pronounced sense of order and cleanliness
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Impeccable character
Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:45 PM.
