Your tasks

Handling drivers (export/import)
Own customer responsibility
Recording and processing transport orders
Updating and monitoring various unloading and loading lists
Checking the quality of data transmitted to us
Printing and providing transport documents
General administrative tasks and correspondence
Creating evaluations and statistics

What you bring

Completed commercial basic training
Professional experience in the service sector or transport industry
Communicative and independent personality
Proficient use of MS Office products; SAP knowledge
Confident German skills in spoken and written form
French skills are an advantage
Precise, structured, and efficient working style
Flexibility in working hours from 07:00 to 19:00 (shift work)
