Service Technician – French-speaking Switzerland Region (M/F) 100%
For our company in Dielsdorf, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality to strengthen our team as a Service Technician for the French-speaking Switzerland region.
Tasks
Your missions
- Repair, maintenance, and overhaul of chemical dosing machines
- Diagnosis and resolution of breakdowns and technical problems
- Independent planning of interventions in the assigned region
- Support for external service staff during the introduction of a new chemical product brand in Switzerland
- Customer advice regarding the sale of spare parts and the acquisition of new dosing equipment (textile laundry and professional dishwashers)
- Supply and management of materials
- Writing service reports
Requirements
Your profile
- Completed training in a technical profession
- Proven experience as a mobile service technician (an advantage)
- Team spirit, autonomy, initiative, and reliability
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Good knowledge of computer tools (user level)
- Fluent French (spoken and written)
- Any other language is an advantage, especially German
- Driving license category B and BE (trailer)
