What you can shape

• You lead a team of around 10 employees and take over their technical training.
• Together with your team, you offer comprehensive services in the field of photovoltaics and are responsible for sales and profitability.
• You acquire new orders, advise customers competently, plan systems, and create customized offers.
• You recruit new team members for the location.
• You actively monitor the market environment as well as new developments and trends in the PV sector and contribute these profitably.
• You maintain cooperative collaboration across departments, with other trades, as well as with upstream and downstream project-specific areas – for example with sales, service, and the responsible department heads.

What defines you

• You have completed training in the electrical or manual field as well as further training as an electrical project manager or technician HF electrical engineering / energy and environment.
• You bring several years of leadership experience as well as experience in managing electrical and photovoltaic projects.
• You are a customer-oriented, responsible, and proactive personality with a modern leadership style.
• You can independently generate solutions and focus on open communication.
• You are familiar and confident in handling MS Office programs.
• Ideally, you are networked in the Solothurn area.
