For our hospital pharmacy at the University Hospital Zurich (USZ) directly on the hospital campus, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a

• You support the USZ hospital pharmacy team in the pharmaceutical supply of the University Hospital Zurich (USZ).
• You provide telephone and written information regarding inquiries about orders and medicines.
• You process customer orders and find solutions for supply bottlenecks or for the release of restrictively delivered medicines.
• You manage the emergency stock of the hospital pharmacy for the USZ directly on campus.

• Completed training as a Pharma Assistant EFZ or commercial clerk with a pharmaceutical background
• You work independently, thoughtfully, and reliably
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical environment
• Very good Excel skills and ideally good SAP knowledge
• You speak fluent German and can communicate in English, French, or Italian if needed.
• You have a friendly, service-oriented nature and enjoy competently advising and supporting the various healthcare professionals at USZ.
