You are a gardener by passion and want to independently manage an exceptional green space? With us, you will find a responsible specialist role with plenty of autonomy, creative freedom, and a working environment that inspires every day.
Your main workplace is a stunning site in Rüschlikon. Additionally, you will look after two other locations of the same client in Zurich Enge and Adliswil. The focus is clearly on the professional maintenance of high-quality green spaces. Physically demanding horticultural work or extensive redesigns are not the focus of this role.

What awaits you

• Management of demanding green spaces at three locations with a focus on Rüschlikon
• Planning, coordination, documentation, and independent execution of seasonal maintenance tasks based on existing care plans
• Maintenance of lawns, meadows, hedges, shrubs, perennials, flower beds, herb gardens, and special vegetation areas
• Carrying out professional pruning, mowing, watering, and other ongoing maintenance tasks
• Monitoring vegetation for diseases, pests, dryness, and deficiencies and initiating appropriate measures
• Management of irrigation systems, water basins, and other special elements of the sites
• Leadership and coordination of the external tree care specialist and ensuring the professional execution of the work
• Active contribution of experience and ideas as well as largely independent design of your own area of responsibility

What you bring

• Completed training as a gardener EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the professional maintenance of green spaces
• Independent recognition of necessary tasks and correct setting of seasonal and weather-dependent priorities
• Forward-looking, reliable working style with a high awareness of quality
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and appreciation of a large scope for action
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Friendly and professional demeanour
• Possession of a category B driving licence and willingness to work at all three locations.
