For our Weighing & Instrument Components (MTWIC) division, which is leading in the industrialization and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, MFR force sensor terminals, and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are looking for a motivated person at the Nänikon/Greifensee location, the global operational headquarters of METTLER TOLEDO, as: CNC Specialist 80 - 100% (all genders) In this role, you will take on the following tasks: You create and maintain machine programs with a main focus on CNC milling/turning (EDM as needed). You take care of the continuous maintenance and optimization of existing programs. Additionally, you are responsible for the introduction and commissioning of new parts on the production equipment, as well as their industrialization and documentation. You are responsible for the continuous optimization of processes and programs for existing equipment and parts and implement lean projects (KVP, 5S, SMED, etc.). You are involved in the introduction of new components and processes in collaboration with R&D or I&E and support these from the mechanical side. You participate in internal projects such as maintenance and repair, evaluation of new machines, infrastructure, as well as conducting various tests and also carry project responsibility yourself. The procurement and provision of tools and fixtures according to valid standards, as well as the creation of documentation and its handover to production, complete your task profile. Last but not least, you instruct production employees and provide 2nd level support for technical problems on the equipment and parts.
