Your tasks are…
- Acquisition of potential customers up to the presentation of customized marketing technology solutions with HubSpot
- Sales pitch preparations: create tailored, convincing slide presentations and service offers based on the requirements of prospects
- Strategic and operational consulting around HubSpot: You advise our clients on the optimal use of HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
- You help establish HubSpot as a central application in the marketing and sales landscape of our clients
- Hands-on implementation of HubSpot projects: You configure portals, automate processes (workflows, lead nurturing, scoring, etc.), and set up dashboards & reports
- You ensure the technical implementation of CRM and marketing automation concepts in close coordination with the customer

- have at least 2 years of practical experience in customer projects with HubSpot, preferably on the agency side, and have a good understanding of the HubSpot modules (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub) as well as their interaction
- are familiar with typical CRM and marketing processes such as lead nurturing, marketing automation, lifecycle stages, or lead scoring
- communicate confidently and empathetically, are curious, and like to take responsibility
- work structured, independently, and solution-oriented – thinking both from the customer's perspective and technically pragmatically.
- bring experience in customer consulting or project management, ideally from a digital agency environment or a SaaS-related company
- speak German as your native language and English fluently
