Your tasks
Responsibility for the care and support of the residents
Taking over daily responsibility in the early and late shifts
Co-responsibility for the correct implementation of care processes
Co-responsibility for care documentation and RAI performance recording
Medication management
Conducting doctor visits
Your profile and qualifications
Completed training as a Health Specialist or Care EFZ
Certificate of competence as a trainer and experience as a trainer
Experience in long-term care as well as knowledge and experience in RAI
Strong social, professional, and methodological competence
Good German and PC skills
Flexibility, resilience, and reliability
