This is what you can achieve
- Responsible for the timely, qualitative, and commercial management of the assigned tasks/projects from takeover to completion.
- Ensuring the controlling of the assigned projects & programs with the available resources
- Responsible for project-related risk management of the assigned projects from takeover to completion. In case of foreseeable or already occurred deviations, define and initiate the necessary preventive and corrective measures.
- Leading stakeholder management and ensuring the involvement of the client (internal & customer) as well as other authorized external and internal project stakeholders.
- Definition and documentation of the project organization, project-specific processes, procedures, and methods as well as the task packages/activities, delegating these to the assigned sub-project managers or project staff and controlling their execution.
- Assisting in acquisition in the customer and project environment and reporting potential leads to sales or supporting the offer preparation phase
- Supporting negotiations if needed
- Creation, maintenance, and monitoring of project plans
- Ensuring transparent information flow within the project team as well as to all stakeholders, the line organization, and the steering committee
- Supporting or representing other project managers within the business segment if needed

- Several years of experience in project management as well as team leadership
