The kjz (Child and Youth Welfare Center) is a polyvalent counseling center for families, parents, adolescents, children, and toddlers and operates based on the Child and Youth Welfare Act of the Canton of Zurich. Are you interested in gaining an in-depth insight into child protection? Then become part of our team as administrative support in the field of social work and mandates at kjz Dübendorf immediately or by arrangement and temporarily until October 31, 2026.
Your tasks:
- Preparing accountability reports
- Mediating offers for clients (therapists, socio-pedagogical family support, placement options, etc.)
- Telephone and reception support
- Data entry and maintenance in the client registration tool (Klib)
- Mail processing
- Application for funding of support services
- General administrative tasks
You bring:
- You intend to or are already studying social work (or a similar field)
- Interest in gaining insight into child protection
- Reliable, independent, and precise working style
- Ability to quickly grasp a case or factual course
- Good written communication skills
