In this key role, you take responsibility for our hybrid cloud and virtualization environment and drive its further development. With your expertise in Azure, VMware, and IT security, you ensure that our systems remain secure, efficient, and future-oriented. You work closely with a dedicated team and have the opportunity to help shape exciting IT projects.

This is your area of responsibility

• Main responsibility and further development of our Azure cloud environment
• Operation and administration of the virtualization platform
• Administration and support of our VDI platform
• Further development and support in the area of IT security (server & cloud)
• Co-support and administration of our Windows servers
• Taking over 2nd-level support tasks
• Participation in IT projects including subproject management

This is how you convince us

• Training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience
• Sound knowledge in the hybrid Azure cloud environment as well as experience with Microsoft Server, PowerShell, and virtualization
• Ideally IT project experience (server & cloud)
• Practical experience in the area of IT security (server & cloud)
• Experience in the DevOps/IaC area is an advantage
• Analytical and strategic thinking combined with high initiative
• Strong sense of responsibility and security awareness
• Teamwork, resilience, and reliability
• On-call availability (approx. 20%)
