Your tasks
- Management, organization, and implementation of occupational therapy individual and group therapies
- Preparation, execution, follow-up, and corresponding documentation of occupational therapy individual and group therapies
- Active participation in multiprofessional team meetings
- Interest in contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of new concepts
- Willingness to participate in training and further education
Your profile
- Completed training as an occupational therapist (m/f/d)
- Ideally, expertise and experience in working with mentally ill people
- Commitment to working with mentally ill people, enjoyment of interdisciplinary work in a multiprofessional team, and co-development of your own department
- Professionally appropriate training and further education such as metacognitive training, SKT, etc., or willingness to complete these
- Social and communication skills
- Initiative and motivation
- Confident handling of IT
- Sense of responsibility and team spirit
