For our New Build GU/TU Department in the Basel region, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as a committed Construction Manager (m/f/d). Whether residential construction, commercial properties, or complex infrastructures – Implenia realizes new buildings with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. From the initial idea to turnkey handover, we rely on integral solutions, innovative methods such as BIM and Lean Construction, as well as cooperative collaboration. With solid experience and state-of-the-art technology, we create pioneering buildings.

Your responsibilities

• As a construction manager, you lead, realize, and coordinate new construction projects from project start to defect-free handover as GU/TU
• You estimate and actively manage the subcontractor tendering process
• You lead construction sites in a team, considering safety, scheduling, quality, and quantitative requirements
• You are the hub on site and the first point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, planners, the client, and authorities

Why you succeed

• Certified construction manager, technician TS, structural draftsman, or equivalent education/training
• Several years of construction management experience in new build projects (GU/TU)
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• You are a team player, a good organizer, responsible, result-oriented, flexible, resilient, work proactively, efficiently, and possess a healthy assertiveness
