Your Tasks
- In this role, you are responsible for the workshop planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control of our projects.
- With your expertise, experience, and organizational talent, you plan and coordinate our construction projects nationally and/or internationally.
- You enjoy leading the employees and partner companies involved in the project.
- You are aware that complex projects can be successfully completed through respectful collaboration.
- Whether in internal project coordination, planning with internal and external partners, or during inspections and controls on site at the construction sites - as the project manager, you experience the fascination of wood up close.
Your Skills and Experience
You have completed a carpenter apprenticeship and at least one further training as a foreman. Ideally, you are in training to become a timber construction foreman, timber construction technician, or timber construction engineer.
Perhaps you have already gained experience as a project manager and wish to deepen your knowledge. Additionally, you have a solid technical understanding, can manage processes, and develop promising solutions. Fluent German, English skills, and good CAD knowledge (Cadwork and/or Rhino) are a matter of course for you.
