At our five locations in the Bern metropolitan area, relationship- and palliative-care-oriented nursing and support are central. tilia operates inpatient long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological and bariatric long-term care as well as various outpatient services.

Your task
- Support the primary nurse in process-oriented care and support
- Check care quality processes with structured observation and bedside teaching
- Actively participate in direct care
- Assist in concept development and its implementation
- Maintain care and support documentation, plan care measures based on the care process
Our requirements
- Passion for long-term care and joy in shaping development processes
- Professional experience as a nurse HF/FH or equivalent
- Willingness for personal and professional development as well as to engage with changes
- A cheerful, solution-oriented and proactive personality with a high quality mindset
