Operational Manager PV (m/f/d)  

Your mission: Ensure excellence in operational implementation

As the operational manager PV, you are the central figure for the smooth execution and functioning of our technical department. You ensure the quality of our customer services, optimize internal processes, and lead the technical team in Western and German-speaking Switzerland in daily operations.

You form the link between the strategy defined by management and its implementation in day-to-day business. In close cooperation with the head of the Business Line PV & Heat Pumps, you actively contribute to strategic considerations.
 

What you achieve: 

Leadership & Operational Management

• Direct leadership of employees in the technical area: Product Manager, specialists, customer service, and technicians
• Support, accompany, and further develop the teams in Western and German-speaking Switzerland
• Implementation of execution processes as well as continuous optimization of workflows
• Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction throughout the entire project duration

Cross-departmental responsibility

• Interface between the technical team, support, customer service, and management
• Operational implementation of strategic decisions by company management
• Monitoring operational performance and initiating improvement measures if necessary

Communication & international collaboration

• Close cooperation with teams in Switzerland and Germany
• Active communication in German and French, both written and spoken
   

What distinguishes you

• Proven experience (at least 5–8 years) in operational leadership and management of technical teams and projects in the photovoltaic or related technical sectors
• Solid understanding of technical execution, construction, and commissioning processes as well as their interfaces 
• Natural leadership strength, entrepreneurial mindset, and high sense of responsibility
• Knowledge in product management in the photovoltaic sector
• Fluent in German, good French skills; English is an advantage
• Technical training in the electrical field, ideally complemented by further education in leadership and management
