- Professional follow-up and development of your own client portfolio

- Completion of administrative tasks related to your position, supported by the entire AXA structure and modern tracking tools

- Completed professional training and successful initial experience in client advisory sectors (banking, insurance, sales)
- Enjoyment of dialogue and human relations, client acquisition, and client follow-up
- Result-oriented personality and high-quality customer service
- Determination and autonomy, ability to quickly adapt to change and familiarize yourself with new areas
- Good interpersonal skills and desire to develop your network
- Fluency in French and German, both spoken and written; any other language is an advantage
- Comfort with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
- Your place of residence is Biel or surroundings and you are well rooted in the region
