The Logistics Department for Labor Market Measures (LAM) at the Office for Economy and Labor, with around 40 employees, is responsible for labor market measures that quickly and sustainably support job seekers in reintegrating into the labor market.
Labor market measures (AM) are instruments for the qualification and reintegration of job-seeking persons and include collective and individual educational and employment measures, internships, onboarding subsidies, promotion of self-employment, and other cantonal and national measures.
