Partner Sales Manager (m/f/d) 100%
What to expect from us:
- You are responsible for the active acquisition of new fiduciary partners and drive further market expansion in your area (BE, BS, BL, SO).
- You conduct sales talks purposefully to closure and thus ensure the achievement of our ambitious growth targets.
- You actively identify untapped market potentials and win new fiduciary partners through consistent acquisition (on-site visits, telephone, social selling, etc.).
- You analyze the potential of existing partnerships and increase the share-of-wallet through targeted cross- and upselling.
- You represent bexio at industry fairs and events and continuously expand your network in the fiduciary world.
- You maintain your pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce) and use key figures to control your sales activities.
What we expect from you:
- You have a commercial education as well as targeted further training in sales or business administration.
- You have at least three years of success in field sales, ideally in the software or SaaS environment.
- You are a strong closing personality with pronounced negotiation skills and communicate confidently at all hierarchical levels.
- Ideally, you bring knowledge in fiduciary services and/or in financial and payroll accounting.
- You are characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility, goal orientation, and the necessary perseverance in new customer business.
- You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills; Italian is a welcome plus.
- You appreciate working directly with customers and are willing to travel about 80% of the time.
