To complement and actively support our professional team, we are looking for a committed, ambitious, and high-performing sales personality for field sales, covering the cantons of Solothurn and Basel as well as parts of the cantons of Bern and Valais.
Your new job
- Maintaining our existing customer relationships, actively acquiring new customers, and further expanding the qualified dealer network in the defined sales area
- Consulting and supporting customers in the construction specialized trade, do-it-yourself, hardware, civil/road/garden construction, and craftsman/garden centers – in a partnership-based, reliable, and equal manner
- Sales of all products in the range, including customer-specific products
- Supporting customers in the assortment design of the point of sale
- Market observation, market expansion, and development of new sales channels (e-shop, social media, etc.)
- Implementing the company and sales strategy according to the management's specifications
- Maintaining and managing customer administration in the CRM system
- Close cooperation and coordination with colleagues in internal sales

Your specialties
- Professional training in the construction/construction-related industry or hardware trade, ideally complemented by commercial further education
- Several years of experience in field sales as a salesperson, preferably in technical wholesale – know-how in building and developing sales territories is a plus
- Motivated and convincing personality who values direct contact with trade partners and customers
- High customer orientation and service readiness, absolute reliability, as well as independent and goal-oriented work
- Negotiation skills and a convincing appearance with a strong will to succeed
- Good MS Office user skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Enjoyment of digitalization and digital sales
