YOU WORK FOR WE®
As an HR Officer Switzerland, you are responsible for the careful and timely implementation of all administrative HR processes within the Swiss organization. You work in a detail-oriented, service-oriented, and structured manner and competently support employees as well as managers with all administrative HR questions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling the entire personnel administration along the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, contract changes, personnel mutations, and terminations.
- Maintaining and updating employee data in the HR system.
- Preparing the monthly payroll as well as checking and validating time and absence records (working hours, overtime, vacation, illness).
- First point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and HR administration questions.
- Ensuring compliance with Swiss labor law as well as social security, insurance, and employment regulations.
- Administrative support for cases of illness and accidents as well as pension fund matters (BVG/LPP).
- Supporting smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Close cooperation with the HR Manager / HR Business Partner as well as participation in HR projects and process improvements.

- You provide clear, service-oriented personnel support and are a reliable contact for administrative HR questions.
- You communicate confidently in German and English, enabling you to work effectively in an international environment.
