What you can achieve
- Ensuring efficient and correct patient admission (outpatient and/or inpatient)
- Processing discharge reports and coordinating follow-up appointments
- Organization and administrative support of tumor boards
- Support in OR coordination, especially in planning and scheduling surgeries including allocation of surgeons
- Support of the medical team in all administrative and organizational tasks
What you bring with you
- Training as MPA, TOA, clinical secretary or medical secretary or nursing professional with completed training as medical secretary
- Experience in patient admission or in a comparable administrative function in healthcare
- Knowledge of medical terminology, with a focus on urology is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, even in hectic situations
- Quick comprehension as well as an uncomplicated personality with assertiveness
