The EOC, the multi-site hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. To complete our team of the Hospitality Services of the Regional Hospital of Lugano, we are looking for a one-year fixed-term contract with possible renewal for a
Cook AFC (50 - 70%)
Profile:
The ideal candidate has professional experience as a Cook in medium/large private or public organizations. They feel comfortable in a multicultural context and know how to manage interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders. They are willing, flexible to change, enthusiastic about bringing new ideas, and able to ensure quality while respecting times and procedures.
Necessary requirements:
- Federal certificate of capacity as Cook;
- Solid experience in the catering sector;
- Strong knowledge of equipment, food techniques, and HACCP standards;
- Ability to plan work effectively and efficiently;
- Autonomy, adaptability, flexibility, confidentiality;
- Teamwork orientation;
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) and a second national language (Fr/De);
- Good computer skills.
