As a cashier, you warmly welcome our customers and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
To strengthen our successful team at the PKZ MEN branch on Löwenstrasse in Zurich, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement as a Cashier 20-40% (hourly wage basis)
What you will achieve:
- Your work commitment is mainly on Saturdays and weekdays - we also look forward to your support during season starts or Sunday sales
- Warm reception and care of our customers
- Independent operation of the cash register and archiving of cash receipts
- Responsibility for cash handling and, if necessary, supporting our fashion consultants on the sales floor
- Use of the CRM system to shape customer relationship processes
- Management of returns, exchanges and customer orders as well as handling complaints
- Support in sales when needed
What defines you:
- Ideally, you are studying or can work flexibly and are looking for a regular part-time job
- Friendly and positive personality with a neat appearance
- Team spirit, reliability and flexibility
- Very good German skills; Swiss German and English are an advantage
