Employee Events & Trade Fairs (m/f/d) 100% with Driving License Cat. C/CE and C1/C1E

Your Tasks

Delivery and assembly/disassembly of event materials at promotions, congresses, trade fair appearances, events, etc. throughout Switzerland
Active participation and responsibility for the setup and dismantling of event materials
Contact person for customers on site and, if necessary, taking over the leadership of small teams
Proper storage and handling of trade fair materials as well as carrying out and organizing minor repairs
Careful packaging, transport, and storage of customer materials in cooperation with the logistics team
Contributing feasible and creative improvement suggestions

Your Profile

Completed basic craft training
Several years of experience in trade fair construction and event implementation
Driving license category C/CE
Willingness to acquire category C1/C1E
Forklift license or willingness to acquire one
Manual dexterity and good comprehension
Proficient use of MS Office and digital tools
Willingness to travel and work weekends (seasonal peaks)
Quality-oriented, team-capable, resilient, and flexible personality
Customer-friendly and well-groomed appearance
German as mother tongue, French and Italian are an advantage
Experienced handling of smartphone/tablet for daily tasks
Willingness to assist at other locations or work areas
