Group Leader Cleaning with Agogic Task 60% (m/f/d)
(5 days / week presence)

From 01.02.2026 or by arrangement we are looking for a
Your tasks
- You lead, accompany and promote employees with disabilities according to their individual abilities
- You support the training of our apprentices
- You ensure internal cleaning supply and correct handling of cleaning machines and carry out professional cleaning
- Administrative tasks are a welcome change for you
- You take on deputy tasks in the laundry during absences
What you bring with you
- EFZ training and several years of professional experience in hospitality, housekeeping or facility maintenance (focus on housekeeping) or comparable
- Interest in agogic topics, further training is an advantage. Motivated career changers are also welcome with us
- Talent in organizing, coordinating – every day brings a new challenge, to which you respond solution-oriented and flexibly
- You are a stable, resilient, patient personality. You stand firmly on your feet in life and nothing easily unsettles you
- Completed "Trainer" course or willingness to do so
- Good, comprehensive IT skills
- Flawless German skills in spoken and written form
- Driver's license category B
- Empathy, responsibility and flexibility are further strengths that round off your profile
