WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

As a consultant in the field of AI testing, you support our customers in taking the use of AI in testing to the next level.

Consulting in AI Testing: You advise our customers on the use of generative AI in testing and present innovative solution approaches.
Extending Test Frameworks: You set up test frameworks for generative AI or further develop existing structures.
Implementing AI in the Test Environment: You deploy AI solutions in testing and integrate them into existing processes and systems.
Ensuring the Quality of AI Solutions: You test AI applications in customer environments, especially regarding transparency, side effects, autonomy, ethical aspects, and hallucinations.
System Integration: You integrate AI solutions into existing system landscapes such as files, databases, applications, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., interfaces to requirements).
Implementing AI Concepts: You implement modern AI concepts, for example in test planning, prioritization, self-healing, and visualization.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You work closely with AI specialists from development, requirements management, and other departments.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

Expertise: You understand the concepts of generative AI in the testing area and can apply them effectively in practice.
Experience with LLMs: You bring practical experience in handling LLMs in software testing.
AI Agents: You are able to orchestrate AI agents and set them up so that they act independently and, for example, generate test data.
Technical Know-how: You master relevant concepts such as RAG, LLMOps, and MCP.
Certifications: You are an ISTQB-certified tester (Foundation Level); a certification "Testing with Generative AI" is a plus.
Language Skills: You have business fluent German and good English.
Willingness to Travel: Project-based willingness to travel within Switzerland.
Personality & Development: You are motivated to continuously develop yourself in the field of AI in testing and bring a high willingness to learn. Even if you are not yet an expert in all areas, a solid foundation and motivation for further development are more important to us.
