- you research and identify suitable candidates for "Bauer, ledig, sucht"
- you actively approach potential farmers and farm ladies and gentlemen and conduct initial telephone interviews
- you support our protagonists from the first contact to the shoot and are their first point of contact
- you assist in the organization, execution, and follow-up of the castings
- you work closely with production and editorial teams and actively help during shoots
- you maintain our casting database and ensure clean, structured administration
You will succeed here if
- you love reality TV and have a good understanding of what "Bauer, ledig, sucht" is about
- you have a genuine feel for rural life, agricultural businesses, and the people behind them
- you are open, communicative, and engaging and easily build trust
- you work in a structured way and keep an overview even during intense production phases
- you must have a category B driving license and enjoy traveling throughout Switzerland
- you are willing to work regular weekend shifts
