As a Consultant in Customer Care Billing, you advise our customers on administrative matters such as invoices, ownership changes, and payment methods, ensuring smooth processing and a pleasant customer experience.
You support our customers in accounting and administrative matters by phone and in writing in German and French.
You regularly take over reception duties and ensure a professional and warm first impression.
