We are looking for a committed Clerk Import / Export (m/f/d), 80-100%, for our location in Selzach (SO) starting immediately.

Your responsibilities and tasks:

• Handling import and export shipments (systems, spare parts), worldwide export of systems via freight forwarders in cooperation with foreign subsidiaries
• Obtaining permits and certificates of origin, conducting export controls
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and export requirements
• Support in internal sales and purchasing
• Occasional support with general administrative tasks and logistics (e.g., switchboard, mail, material management)

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training with further education in the export field
• Several years of export experience, ideally in industry
• Very good German and English skills
• Independent and flexible working style
• Solution-oriented person with strong communication skills
