Contribute to our development:
In a high-stakes context, we are creating a Maintenance and New Works Manager position reporting directly to the Site Director and in charge of a team of about twenty people. Your role will be to define a maintenance policy for processes and buildings as a member of the Site Executive Committee and to implement the necessary means to make it operational.
As such, your main missions will be to:
- Ensure the availability, performance, and compliance of the equipment within your scope
- Validate the integration of new equipment
- Establish, manage, and optimize costs and resources (stocks & investments) to guarantee the industrial performance of the site
- Manage the maintenance teams, including an optimal safety approach during interventions
- Drive team dynamics by developing communication, ensuring a good social climate in your sector, and fostering motivation conditions for the team
- Propose technological evolutions and support teams in their adoption
- Manage projects for reliability and continuous performance improvement of production and refurbishment/improvement of buildings
- Maintain interfaces with internal clients/suppliers: upstream methods-industrialization and downstream production
- Implement and monitor subcontracting contracts
Bring your skills:
- With a Bac+5 level education such as a general engineering degree, you have 10 years of experience managing maintenance teams
- Knowledge in automation, robotics, and experience with a CMMS software
- Leadership, ability to work cross-functionally and in teams are your assets to succeed in this role
- Professional English given the international dimension of the group
