The task of the Building Inspectorate is to competently and purposefully guide building applications through the provisions of building, planning, and environmental law, to quickly reach a decision, and to accompany the implementation. Your Tasks

Lead building permit procedures (including coordination with other authorities and internal specialist offices)

Assess building applications from a building law perspective

Prepare applications for building law decisions

Independently issue building law decisions in simplified procedures

Provide comprehensive advice to building owners

Deputize and support the team leader

Your Profile

Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in architecture, spatial planning, civil engineering, or equivalent education

Experience in the private sector

Experience in leading and coordinating projects

Consulting competence, service orientation

Willingness to further develop in the areas of building, planning, and environmental protection law
