• Building, developing and leading the new Asset Management Heat team with up to 3 employees
• Monitoring and controlling the strategic, technical and economic development of our heat infrastructure (around 80 heat networks and contracting systems)
• Developing and implementing a future-oriented asset portfolio strategy
• Ensuring the holistic management of the plants – from technical and commercial documentation, insurance, renewal and expansion, to the extension of operating permits or concessions
• Responsibility for achieving the CO₂ reduction path and prioritizing investments in CO₂ reduction projects
• Creating and reviewing business cases and profitability analyses to support decision-making
• Promoting standardization, innovation and digitalization in the heat sector – e.g. through sector coupling projects and new monitoring solutions
• Participating in funding applications, energy balance monitoring and data provision for the certification of energy products

• Technical basic training and further education at FH/HF level, ideally in business administration, industrial engineering or asset management
• Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in a comparable position in technical infrastructure management or in the energy industry
• Leadership experience combined with a high level of creativity and strategic thinking
• Confident handling of MS Office; experience with SAP and Power BI is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• You enjoy working interdisciplinarily and actively implementing sustainable solutions
