Tasks:
- perform administrative and secretarial activities at the various services of the Cantonal Administration or the Social Insurance Institute
Requirements:
- federal certificate of capacity as a commercial employee, recognized certificates/diplomas in the commercial field considered equivalent
- for the position of Telephone Consultant, the federal certificate of capacity as a Customer Communication Operator is required
- good command of the Italian language
- basic knowledge of the other official languages
- adequate knowledge of IT tools
- flexibility, organizational and interpersonal skills

- depending on the needs of the services within the Cantonal Administration and the Social Insurance Institute for the indicated functions, candidates may be contacted for possible part-time/full-time and fixed-term (substitutions or projects) or permanent employment
- the service location will vary depending on available positions (preferences can be expressed in the application form)
- the list of functions mentioned is not exhaustive; additional functions may be provided within the above salary classifications depending on the needs of the various services and evaluation by central services
- assignment to a function corresponding to classes 3 - 5 is subject to several years of professional experience in the public and/or private sector

- as this is an annual competition, with the possibility of being hired during 2026, candidates will not receive a positive or negative response. They will only be informed about the validity of their application in relation to the required qualifications.
The Cantonal Administration will hire candidates based on the needs and professional profiles required by the various services.
Candidates who participated in the 2025 General Competition, if still interested, must submit their application again with all the required documentation.

Employment conditions:
- appointment or assignment: as provided by the Law on the organization of State employees and teachers of March 15, 1995 (LORD) and the related Regulation. Any changes in law concerning salary and organization are explicitly reserved
- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment rate), flexible or according to service needs
