Service Technician in the Service Department
Your Contribution to Success
- Independent handling and execution of service orders
- Active customer advice regarding our service offerings and their costs on site
- Recording reports and creating documentation
- Enjoyment of daily contact with our customers
- Confident German language skills and IT knowledge
Are You Ready?
- Basic training as a carpenter, joiner or metalworker as well as professional experience in the window industry
- Good technical understanding, high flexibility, resilience and teamwork skills
- Confident and polished appearance as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Willingness for on-call duty (approx. 4 weekends per year)
- Category B driving licence is mandatory
- Residence in the city of Zurich or on the right/left shore of Lake Zurich is mandatory
